I’m Emmanuel Paulpeter, a pastor, spiritual director, and coach. I help Christian executives explore what it means to lead faithfully, live with greater purpose, and deepen their relationship with God amid the demands of work and life. I also offer spiritual direction for those seeking space to listen, reflect, and attend to God’s presence in their everyday experience.

My own journey has taken me through the worlds of technology, business, and pastoral ministry. Trained as an engineer, I spent a decade working as a software project manager in multinational companies. That experience gave me an appreciation for the complexity of organizational life—the responsibilities of leadership, the pressures of performance, and the challenge of bringing our deepest convictions into our daily decisions.

A growing sense of calling led me to seminary, where I earned my Master of Divinity and trained as a spiritual director. I later completed a Doctor of Ministry and have spent ten years serving as a pastor. Across these settings, I have been drawn to accompanying people as they navigate change, wrestle with important questions, and discern their next faithful step.

My approach brings together thoughtful inquiry, attentive listening, and Christian spiritual practice. In coaching, we explore the challenges and possibilities before you, clarify what matters, and identify meaningful steps forward. In spiritual direction, we make room to notice how God may be at work in your life, including in seasons of uncertainty, longing, or transition.

I’m also deeply interested in culture—in how literature, film, philosophy, and the stories we share shape our understanding of ourselves, one another, and God. Some of my most meaningful work has involved gathering people around books, films, and questions of faith, creating space for honest conversation, discovery, and friendship.

At the heart of my work is a desire to help people grow in freedom, wisdom, and love; and to bring that growth into the places where they live, work, and lead.
